Mixed Mode Validation (Application Validation, Ruleset Validation) and Creating Data Classes from App Studio
In AppStudio, I am unable create a data type in Oceana (org layer) or view the org layer data types while in context of FService app until I change the validation from RV to AV. Could you please explain why this is so? I have multiple applications in my application structure.

I have an org level data class OCA-Data-Location in Ocea ruleset. When I try to create a new data type in the FServ application, the ‘Reuse Assets From’ dropdown doesn’t show this class or the organization level Data class option. Only options available are Implementation Layer Data Class and FService UIPages class.
I want to select the organization level Data class option.
If I change the validation of Ocea ruleset to AV (so that both Impl and Org layer rulesets are in AV mode) then, 'Reuse Assets From’ dropdown shows Organization layer Data class but not the Implementation Layer Data Class or FService UIPages class. I would like to reuse data objects from all 3 in my views.
