Yet, If I understand well, you want to have vertical scaling instead of horizontal one?

I don't know your business, your expected uptime, etc, but just keep in mind that any server issue in your new design will then decrease your prod infra by 25% instead of 8% in your current situation. Same for any maintenance.

It's also typically recommenced to have more smaller servers than less big servers. (at least my preference :-) )

It's easier also to adapt each server need and to set up a very clean node classification and redundancy

Yet, there are lots of considerations to take into account to make such move, but for me, you'll add risk to your Prod.
