@sudamw42 Pega Platform now supports generative AI integration which can significantly benefit workflow efficiency in Case Management by suggesting field values and collecting data based on existing information such as application names and form fields. This feature can be used to create Case Types, Stages, and Steps using Generative AI. AI suggests names for Case Types based on application data, and suggests Stages and Steps for your Case workflow. This improves Case creation efficiency. However, you must enable and configure generative AI in your application settings to use these features.

This is a GenAI-powered tool. All generated answers require validation against the provided references.
