DX API v1: Is Legit use a layout with when rule with logical operator?

Hi, I've a question: using DX API v1 I have a Dynamic Layout. In this layout I have a visibility condition like this: !WhenA && !WhenB && !WhenC (the condition of those when rule are irrilevant). Does DX API v1 hide the layout when all the condition are satisfied? Thanks, Daniele
