Bulk Upload functionality - Using Pagelist

Hi Team,

Can Bulk Upload be achieved using a page list instead of file upload? If so, could you please provide guidance on how to implement this.

Context: we have a requirement to get a list of users from 'D_EmployeeDetails' who have a specific role and template name from 'D_Questionaire'.  Then, we want to create a case for each users and store them in 'Bulk upload' datatype. 

Any lead will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
