When associates (data collectors) open PDF files in an Edge or Chrome browser, analysts might see C or file in the Name field of analysis pages in Pega Workforce Intelligence. For example, in the following figure, the Name field displays file.

If you see these results in the Name field, you can add a meaningful display name for these applications. For example, in the previous figure, the Display Name of Chrome Documents helps you to correlate file with PDF files opened in a Chrome browser.

Similarly, in the following example, the Display Name of Edge Documents helps you to correlate c with PDF files opened in an Edge browser:
