Volume Constraint configuration for a specific group

Client is asking for the possibility to configure a Volume Constraint in order to:

1. set a maximum number of pushes (for all the actions)

2. set a maximum number of pushes for a given issue/group

 

Which is the best approach to configure such a volume constraint. Can the property Group, or Group ID, be used to put the specific group which should be limited? If so, how should the issue/group name be reported in the free text?
