Assignment is opening in new window on button click
1) when trying to open assignment on button click , the assignment is being opened in new window rather than opening in the current window / same screen in google Chrome ( both mobile and Desktop).
2) Unable to open the assignment in Safari browser (mobile) on button click, application is not proceeding further.
pega version 8.6.2

Me also faced this issue by using approach 1 after that i tried with approach 2 it is working fine.
Approach 1 (New window):
- Created report definition in Work class and added joins to Assign-WorkBasket or Assign-WorkList
- In section used report definition as source and added link or button control to trigger an action
- In button or link event action add an open assignment and key as Assignmentpage.pzInsKey
- opened in new window.
Approach 2(same window in same screen):
- Created report definition in Assign-WorkBasket or Assign-WorkList and added joins to Work class
- In section used report definition as source and added link or button control to trigger an action
- In button or link event action add an open assignment and key as .pzInsKey
- opened in same window.
