How to configure react-based landing pages in an existing theme cosmos based application in hybrid mode ?

we have currently upgraded to 8.8.3 from 8.7.4.
The plan is to configure existing Theme-cosmos based application to run in hybrid mode to reap the benefits of constellation UI.
The setup is configured and DSS is updated to load static JS from Pega CDN.
From App studio, we are able to launch insights and other landing pages.
Now we have configured application rule to use Traditional UI with 'Use Constellation UI to render landing pages' configured as attached here.
I tried configuring the existing portal through app studio and made changes to landing pages but my portal doesn't run react-based and it same old portal.
I tried creating a new portal and it is the same case.
Are we missing some configuration here or is there is an issue here ?

@ROHITN26Update. This is sorted out. No additional configuration is required. A lot of portal related rules were overridden and needed some changes to reflect react based landing pages.
