Hello. We are using the email bot for creating inbound cases via email channel. As you know this creates a triage case and then based on the channel configuration, it triggers the case type. We want to rename the originalemail.eml and other attachments from the email by adding caseid_. Can you help with him to rename the attachments. Thank you.
