Web Embed browser refresh issue (React App - Pega 8.8.2)

Hi, we created a Web Embed on the MediaCo application that is build on ReactJS (Pega 8.8.2 environment) but everytime the host of the Web Embed refreshes the browser the Web Embed creates a new case. 

 

Before on 8.7 we had the option to "retain the mashup state on refresh" but it's not available on 8.8.2 with an application that is using ReactJS (Constellation).

 

Is there a way to archive the same behavior on the new Web Embed?
