Kafka Integration to replace MQ

Hi,

We are planning to replace upstream system with Kafka.

As of now we are connecting to upstream(IBM MQ) using JMS MDB listener via JNDI server connectivity,

Is it possible to integrate with Kafka using JMS MDB listener for message consumption(Unlike the standard Kafka integration)
