How to remove/hide mentioned section from received emails

Hello Guys,

We are trying to use Pega OOTB correspondence template(Cobalt) for sending email notifications and we are seeing the text( ref image) in the email body.

Please suggest how to hide/remove this from showing to user in email notifications.
