Need to delete all notifications in all Portals

I need to delete all notifications in all different portals. when we login into portal the notifications count is minimum 70,000+, and when open the notification tab its getting count zero. Again we login into portal we are facing the same as bulk notifications as 70,000+. Please give me the option to delete that bulk notifications....
