Portal name changes on refresh

Hi I am trying to refresh a section using on load publish notification,

I have added this in the main section, but when the user portal is refreshed, the PortalName changes in the logs and refresh is not happening.

Can you please help how to get right portalName in logs.

I have followed this support guide for debug, when launching it is working but when the userportal is refreshed the PortalName is getting changed and publish message or onLoad is not happening.
