Interactive BOT implementation for Webex

Hi, We have a requirement to implement BOT functionality for Webex teams chat. Here is our requirement, BOT has to ping the manager by requesting approval with Approve and Deny buttons. Once manager selects Approve/Deny button it has to connect to our application and update a flag in our case. Can anybody know how to proceed with this implementation? Appreciate your response.
