Migration of cases
Hello,
we migrated a pega application to the cloud and now I am migrating cases but I found that the SLAs (System-Queue-ServiceLevel) do not migrate and we do not see them in the new platform (Targeted system ) for the cases in progress associtaed with SLA in the Source Sytem.
is there a solution that allows to migrate cases with their SLAs other than migrating the database?
