Pega AES 8 Manual Upload Pega RULES

Dear All,

I have a question about Pega AES 8 :

1. Is pega AES still capable to consume manual Pega Rules log like in Pega AES 7 ?

2. When we doing the manual upload, will the data be store to database and we can see the result by dashboard ?
