Pega Decisioning IH tables use - Cache, CacheRecord and Configuration

Anyone knows the purpose of these classes/tables Cache, CacheRecord and Configuration (Data-Decision-IH-Cache,Data-Decision-IH-CacheRecord,Data-Decision-IH-Configuration) in Pega Decisioning.

They are mapped to the default table pr_data and can't see the use of it in any of the Interaction History data.
