Retain the parent lock if the child lock is released.
hi, i would like to know if there any hotfix if we want to retain the parent lock even when child lock is released. also what is the fix in HFix-31728. is it related to the same problem.

@Gunasekaran Baskaran hi, i have multiple child cases . when i exit one child case, the lock on parent is also released and another user can work on the other child cases. i donot want other users to work on this parent case as a whole and none of the other child cases too.

As per the OOTB feature, Parent case lock will get released after child case process is getting completed, there is no option to retain the parent case lock.
Can you please elaborate the requirement why you want to retain the parent case lock after child case process completed, it will help us to provide some alternative solution for that.
