Requirement is:

Image file (.tiff) will be placed in a location and and need to attach the image to Work object. User should be able to open the image from WO (provided as link ).

\\Transactional\xxxx\Images\xxx\Input\xxxxxxxxxxxx.tiff

when the url is added to case unable to access the file file due to restrictions. 

Trying to achieve this requirement through file listener. File Listener will listen to the folder and get the image url and attach to work object. No need to parse the data. entire file should be attached to case.

Any idea how to achieve this or can it be achieved other than File file listener
