Is it possible to deactivate the pingservice? (pega plattform 8.1.9)

Hello all,

is it possible to deactivate the ping service in Pega 8.1.9? I am talking about: /prweb/PRRestService/monitor/pingservice/ping

Otherwise is it possible to change the URL?

I found the related service rest: ping by searching for pingservice in the designer studio.

Here the service endpoint url is visible but i can not change it or deactivate it.
