How to transfer certification to the latest organization business email ID

Hi Support Team,

I have cleared Pega CSA 7.1 certification with my previous organization email ID: Proprietary information hidden and alternate email account for that is Proprietary information hidden. Now I have been moved out and joined another Organization. I forgot the password details of my account - Proprietary information hidden and unable to reset password now as that mail id is deactivated. I want to transfer my certification linkage to new business email ID - Proprietary information hidden. Please help me on the same. Please let me know any additional details required for this.

Just updating the primary email address in your PDN account would be enough. After you update the primary email address you will be able to login with updated email id's, and you will be able to see all certifications which you have completed.
