Agents Timeout
We have an agent that processes bulk update some records in Pega. We have an issue when we our agent is processing records > 1000 i.e. some of the records weren't updated. We identified that bulk update processing time for 1000 records is around 6 mins and currently the agent's interval is 300s.
Is it possible that the agent has reached time out before it processed all of the records? Hence the unprocessed records do not get updated.
Would increasing the interval solve this issue? I was under the impression that an interval period begins only after the agent completes the processing for the previous cycle and if there are any unprocessed records will be queued and get processed again when the agent wakes up but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks
