Multi-tenant application with Pega Customer Service for Healthcare

Hi,

We are looking at creating a customer service application that can be shared by multiple customers. For that design, i have some questions

  1. Is Multitenancy supported with Pega Customer Service for Healthcare? 
  2. Are there issues that we should be aware of on Multi-tenancy with Customer Service for Healthcare?.
  3. Can someone please point to documents or support articles that discusses Multi-tenancy with Customer Service for Healthcare?
