OCR methods not working in Pega robotics runtime
Hi,
I am trying to automate an Windows application which main UI only exposed as a control. For the same I tried using OCR methods (ClickByOCR / HighlightByOcr / SetValueByOCR) which are working through test target method. But the same when I keep in automation flow and run in the runtime where it is not able to detect and perform. Please advise in case of any setting changes are required.
(Note: The same automation/Methods running and working even with Pega robot Inspector.)

@RAJAG653 Do you have "Pega Robot OCR Essentials" installed on your machine? That is a pre-req for the OCR methods. I would also enable the FilePublisher and examine the RuntimeLog to see if there are any messages there that might help. You might make sure that you set all of the log categories to Verbose (level 4 if you are editing the RuntimeConfig.xml manually).
