Pega Cloud-Advice on Design Pattern on Purging Case individually

We have a unique Business requirement where the cases need to be reviewed and purged following Business Sign off after crossing the retention period. We need design suggestion in order to implement this feature as there is no OOTB feature available to purge a case and its associated data individually.

The OOTB Archival and Purging is not a fit for our requirement.
