Can we integrate Pega Chatbot with External SAP Systems to Fetch the real time data and show it to Customer

Hello Team,  How can we integrate Pega's WebChatbot to retrieve the data stored in an External SAP system and show it to user who is interacting with a Chatbot as an Answer. Also is there any way through which the updated information can be sent back from Web  Chat bot to External SAP systems ?

If yes is there any documentation which can be followed to create this integration and use the information in web chat bot? Regards
