How to Calculate the Business hours between two dates in RD?
Difference in Hours function in Report Definition is giving hours difference but as per our client requirement we need only Business hours. Could anyone let me know how this can be achieved in RD?
One Example :
If Business hr is 8:00 am to 5:00 PM EST and got case at 5:10 PM est, If got resolved before 8:00 am tomorrow then diff is 0 MIN And if the same is resolved at 9:00 AM then it will be 60 min
is there any Business Calendar function available to get difference in mintues in Report Definition?
