BusinessUser not able to resolve create action case
We are trying to submit a create action case, by businessuser operator from 1:1 ops manager portal. We are approving the change request parent case, a create action child case will automatically get created with all the necessary offer attributes. While I am trying to submit the child case with businessuser, it's getting resolved-failed.
I tried to trace this, but for tracer I need to provide sysadm4 role to business user(which should not be done practically) but while adding this role to businessuser, case is getting resolved properly. So, I am not able to trace the error properly. But previously, we have the role of NBASpecialist to submit create action and it works properly.NBASpecialist also doesn't have the role of sysadm4 but it doesn't create any issue.Please provide any suggestions to resolve this.
