When using the ConcatenateEForms activity in PRPC 8.1.3, it is losing data that was in pdf forms when it merges those forms.  We did not find a way to achieve this through out-of-the-box means, so we wrote a custom java step, making use of pdfbox, but it only retains pdf form data if we use the latest pdfbox jar, org.apache.pdfbox:pdfbox:2.0.26.  Is this latest pdfbox.jar compatible with our PRPC 8.1.3 version?  We aren't in a position to upgrade to a new PRPC version at this time.  INC-239622 is our support ticket to Pega, and their response was to post this type of question here.
