I am wondering if Pega has any documentation/best practices for estimating the number of web user nodes on the client cloud.

I'm aware of the Hardware sizing process. But more looking for guidance on when we should increase the # of web user nodes. 

From what I have read so far (questions asked before), there is a max limit of 400 requestors per node. Do we have that document so we can use it as a reference? What other factors (clipboard size, etc) should we consider when estimating # of web user nodes?
