Hello, I would like to ask you if there is possibility to make waiting time in a queue to lowest possible.

Example, when new case is created its navigated to robot queue, in robot queue it usually waits 20-30seconds before its taken by robot for processing. 

Where can I find a setting that robot will check the queue more often, for example every 1second and then case is processed earlier. 

I also changed configuration interval settings in robot manager, but it did not help.
