Manager Tools
Is there an ability to filter Manager Tools for supervisor/manager roles?
I want to have the ability to view Customer Representatives who are answering chats that belong to my team. It currently on this menu shows every CSR that is involved in active chats/are online. Is this possible? Any rules available in Pega are listed as Final and therefore are unavailable to change.
