Hi all, I need help regarding real-time data flow for Pega Customer Decision Hub.

I have a situation like this, we have a RTE data flow to read data from a dataset and will push notifications to a channel. The channel is disabled for a while, but the data flow is running, so no notifications were sent to customers but there are already ~50K data from the data set that is already processed in the data flow. 

The data set is configured to "only read new records".

So, if we want to enable the channel right now, 

1. Is the data that has been processed in the data flow, but has not been pushed to the channel, will immediately push to the channel? all the ~50K data?

2. Or, the channel will only push the notif if there is new data in the dataset, and all the 50K data before will be ignored (will not be pushed to the channel)
