What you observe is the expected behavior. You are not passing what parameter you filtered on to the activity that does export to excel. So, it is not going to able to show you the filtered results.
If you want to perform the data filter then you need to apply the Filter conditions in your Report Definition and the filter which is provided in the report browser is to filter the original data during our display, which is similar to apply the filter in the excel file column after our export.
Original data of our report is displayed in the report browser after applying the existing filters of the report definition and later filters which are applied in report browser will not affect the original data of the report to be exported.If you want the filter conditions you need to apply the filters in the report definition.

For example, when filter is applied on column in excel the data will be filtered during the filtered display but the original content remains in the excel file.

If paginations is not required then requirement is achieved from report viewer. Note: Report Definition should have one unique column in list of fields.
Step1: Add unique column (LIe pyID, pzInsKey) in report definiton filters section (Where query)
Step2: Created one Datapage
Step3: Created one Data Transform and refeered it in above datapage. Check pass current Parameter Page
Step4: Set the unique column values in data transform using below steps >> UniquePropertyValues == @UniquePropertyCSVFromPageList(pyReportContentPage.pxResults,"pyID") (This function created. it gives "Value1", "Value2", "Value3"..etc .
Save as the existing function (CSVFromPageList) and just modified return values as below

Step5: Add a when condition before setting the values as below (Param.exportmode!="")&&@contains(pyReportContentPage.pyReportDefinition.pyContent.pyFilters.pyFilterLogic,"TempGridFilter")
Step6: Pass above set Paramer in filter section like
.pyID -- D_SetUniqueReportFilters.UniquePropertyValues
