Hi team

We are having some cases where a value is not saved in our cases, when checking the logs the only error that comes up is the below, we have looked for DB exceptions but no DB exception is showing on PDC or dynatrace tools. Also, this seems to happen randomly, not all the cases have data loss in the same use cases.

Log:obj-save failed. com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.LockFailureException: Error during checkRequiredLocks bean method call: código: <none> SQLState: java.lang.RuntimeException: Problem during method invocation (checkRequiredLocks)

I found this artcile where is mentioned that there was a hotfix for this issue in version 6.3, we are using version 7.4, is there a hotfix for this situation in this version?
