PRPC 8.7 help webpage
Older versions of PRPC had an application reference. 8.7 only seems to have this:

This is OK but far from complete. Is there a full reference so I can see how certain things like application import work in 8.7?

-I share frustration with this as well, starting in 8.6 the help documentation is sourced to the web, not to document on the application server. -The web version of help is lacking content and if client has restrictive firewall settings then the web based is inacccessible. -I did not see an easy way to bring back the Pega Help that did not reach to the web.

You will find Troubleshooting articles in product-specific article collections on the Pega Documentation site.
The Pega Documentation site, docs.pega.com, became available on 10November2021 to serve as Pega's dedicated documentation site, following industry standards.
This "lift & shift" of Pega technical documentation to a dedicated site allowed for the Pega Community site, community.pega.com, to focus on developer, client, and business partner engagement.

@MichaelF1903 you are providing valuable feedback as we strive to improve our documentation.
Please could I ask that you select the 'Contact Us' yellow tab on the right-hand side of the screen when you are viewing that help page?
This will then allow you to submit a 'Suggest Content Change' and you can then point the technical writers to previous examples of this particular functionality and provide details of the help files which helped you in the past.

@MarijeSchillern, I have done as you requested. Hopefully the old documentation (updated for 8.7 of course) will be reinstated soon.

I can't comment on whether help files will ever be physically downloadable again (as I stated, the new system is following industry standards) but if you find any content is missing or incomplete, we'll happily investigate how we can improve the articles that are made available.
