I am trying to create a case automatically when the portal is open. I am working on a solution where front office colleagues will use Pega to launch the case portal. But instead of navigating to the Case Create menu from left pan a case should be created automatically. I am using Pega 8.6.2 with the app built on Cosmos react which means the underlying react application is responsible for launching the portal using DX V2.   I tried the solution of using PreDisplayHarness (A mentooned in another thread) activity but it seems that activity itself is not getting called when the portal is launched. So looking for some alternatives for this new Cosmos Design based portal.
