When we add/create the fields in the Data Model in Case Design, Fields are getting optimized automatically(by default)

When we add/create the fields in the Data Model in Case Type, Fields are getting optimized automatically(by default) without asking. So all properties get optimized into the Work table and will cause performance issues. 

 

Is it new feature in Pega 8.6 onwards? Anyone know how to disable it.
