http to https routing issue in Tomcat 9.x Pega installation

Hi Everyone,

We have installed Pega 8.x application in Tomcat 9.x server on a cloud environment, we have installed client procured SSL certificates in Apache httpd (webserver layer) inorder to establish secure connection to application via https.

But secure connection to prweb is not getting not established(on hitting https url in browser the connection gets routed to http automatically) whereas default tomcat application like host manager is connected through https.

Looking for any inputs on how to setup secure connection to prweb application.
