Generic aggregated Reports across parellel application in Pega cloud instance
We are trying to find a performance efficient approach for generic reporting across multiple parellel applications(different work pools) in same cloud instance. We have already considered below link :
However we are using Pega cloud so needed to check the best solution in this situation for reporting, currently we have considered
-Defining a VIEW that is a UNION
- Insight portal in Process Fabric
-External Reporting/BI tools.
We also need to be able to send these reporting data to data lake, please recommend if there are other solutions or which option should be preferred and also if Views are recommended approach for applications in pega cloud.

@Ruhina - For this kind of cross application reporting requirements, creating a view is a good option, but its generally discouraged (based on my experience) in a Pega cloud environment.
One option that you can explore is the Pega UVU (Usage Validation Utulity) which aggregates data (e.g. work object and other usage metrics) from multiple applications and provides quite a handful of reports.
