Delete database record using data transform instead of activity
I want to delete particular record/row on click on delete icon from db using the data transform as in 8.6.1 activity is legacy type.
can it be possible using data tarnsform?

We would not be able to delete any instance by using data transform directly.
We might need to use Obj-Delete, Obj-Delete-By-Handle (or) data-set for deleting records.

@Gunasekaran Baskaran I knew these obj methods but as I am working on 8.6.1 and in 8.6.1, Activity is legacy type and while creating Activity rule, you will get this message that Activity is legacy
so I am looking for another approach using data transform.
Anything else do we have?

As far i know we are not having any OOTB way to delete data instance without using activity.
One optimal solution for handling this would be you could have one re-usable activity, in which you will be having logic to delete data instance by taking needed input parameter's.
In needed place you could invoke the same re-usable activity by using data transform (or) calling the activity directly and pass the needed parameter's for deleting needed data instance.
