Auto initiate/trigger optional case process/action
Hello
I have a case with few optional actions/process. Instead of someone manually initiating these from the Action menu, I want these optional action to initiate based on user selection. Eg., if we have "Provide Feedback" as optional action/process and in the main case processing screen if we have a checkbox "I consent to provide Feedback", If the user selects "yes" I want the optional action to "automagically" be initiated and assigned to Feedback Collection team. Wonder if there is a way to do this from Activity or by any other mean. appreciate your help

@SanthoshS7478 The actions that we configure in the optional process are Flows. Usually these optional actions can be configured to be displayed overall at case level or stage level or process level. Based on the condition if these should be triggered from activity you can use Flow-New method in the activity that gets called when ever your conditions are satisfied. This method spins off a new flow for an existing case. If you wish to specify a flow using any parameter or property reference, it can be done by using the activity StartFlow.
