Exception in SOAPAppenderPega.sendEvent()

Hi,

We are getting an exception - SOAPAppenderPega.sendEvent() in the SystemOut logs for every 5 mins in the server. We are not using the AES in our application and we have disabled it. 

Even though we disabled pdc monitoring , we are receiving this error in the SystemOut logs for every 5 mins. Could anyone suggest us to resolve this issue?

 

Error msg: 2021-12-21 12:12:28,719 WorkManager.workmanager_PRPC : 2 ERROR Exception in SOAPAppenderPega.sendEvent()
