Browse all apps in App Factory does not show all applications other users requested

Hello Everyone,

App Factory application does not show the application requests from other Makers. It only shows the applications currently managed by the logged in user.

Did anyone of you face similar situation? 

I am of the opinion that I am missing some configuration at the user access group level or some other setting.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
