Hi ,

I am trying to connect from one prpc environment to another another environment to do rulebase compare. But , I am getting error in first step of wizard. i.e connecting between environments: I am sure that userid and password are correct. Will it may be because of access privileges.

I checked in logs. It is showing timeout exception. Can someone help to understand root cause and steps to overcome this error.
