Not able to open any rule in Pega

We are not able to open any rule in designer studio.  

We tried the below steps:

  • Tried re-validate & saving the rules
  • Tried to create a new rule but not able to
  • Checked using an operator with OOTB Pega AccessGroup – same behavior

We could see the below errors in the log while trying to open the rules.
