Convert xps file to PDF

My requirement goes like this. There are around 200000 old cases which has some xps files attached. We need to convert these xps files to PDF and attach the new file with the case.  Client is using Pega 7.1.7. Is there any API that we can invoke to achieve this? Or any other way anyone can suggest? I have checked a few articles in PDN but not completely sure how to achieve this. Thanks in advance Client is using Pega 7.1.7
