pxInsName (using pyGUID key) is null in Data class table during Create, but it populated after Update
Hello,
Can someone help with this issue? https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/pxinsname-not-inserted-pega-data
I noticed that if the Data record is newly created both pyGUID, pzInsKey are populated but the pxInsName is null
But when i update and save the same Data record, the pxInsName is then populated
I see no issues with my records when i try to process or display it.
Should we be concerned that is it empty at create and can do something to fix?
NOTE: Everything is same in the mentioned article: Data class, ticked the pyGUID option

Hi - we have deployed into Production and have not noticed any issues in this. But is there something we need to configure to make sure the pxInsName is populated for Data class? Is this behavior normal?

@Prasad S Hello, not really. We internally stopped investigation and I was advised to proceed referencing the pyGUID when I need to access the records. It could be some internal bug? We have no further issues except for this column to be initially empty
